B | 当日晚8时许，当地救援人员将车上的一名落水人员捞起。20日上午，新乐市水利局工作人员回应极目新闻（报料邮箱：[email protected]）记者，他们已关注到此事，该局相关领导已就此事前往新乐市政府开会。落水的越野车（视频截图）越野爱好者马先生告诉极目新闻记者，19日下午4时前后，他在新乐市大沙河的一段河道越野时看到，在大沙河南岸，一辆越野车开至一处冰面上，该车副驾驶的人下车离开，没过多久，越野车的车头开始沉水，越野车司机曾站在车顶走动，不料很快连车带人完全没入水中，“冰面没有冻紧，那块冰面附近的水都在流动，越野司机落水后不会游泳，当时有人下河救他，但当时没有摸到人，后来消防车来了，直到晚上8时许，救援人员才将人捞起来。”有视频显示，在水中的黑色越野车从车头入水到整车沉水不超过30秒，站在车顶的男子落水后曾极力挣扎。新乐市承安镇政府工作人员称，他们已听说此事，事发地点在大沙河南岸，不属于承安镇辖区，属于邯邰镇。
